I’ve held fractional and full time CMO roles for challenger brands like FACEGYM, managed strategy and marketing at global luxury brands at Estée Lauder and Unilever Prestige and led innovation, marketing and creative for disruptors like Dr. Barbara Sturm and Augustinus Bader. I've also worked with global agency teams at &Walsh, FCB, Anomaly, Lippincott & IDEO.

I’m also the founder of Atomic Number 8, a full service creative studio specializing in strategy, branding and go-to-market for emerging startups and scale. In the past five years, we’ve brought 25+ brands to market and helped many secure their first round of capital.

I recently entered a new season of exploration, looking at the role of community in brand building and growth. I consult independently for brands and founders, helping teams solve marketing and business challenges to drive sustainable growth. I also lead community-led business development initiatives for a New York based branding & venture studio.

I’m building CADRE, a community for brand founders and industry leaders across beauty, wellness and hospitality. We host events designed to maximize intimacy and connection amongst founders and industry peers.
