I'm a creative marketing leader building brands people obsess over and community experiences for meaningful connection.

I’ve held fractional and full time CMO roles for brands like FACEGYM, managed strategy and marketing at global luxury brands at Estée Lauder and Unilever Prestige and led innovation, marketing and creative for disruptors like Dr. Barbara Sturm and Augustinus Bader. I've also worked with global agency teams at &Walsh, U.N.N.A.M.E.D., Tavern, Anomaly and IDEO.

In 2019 I founded Atomic Number 8, a full service creative marketing and product innovation studio. Since then I’ve been working hands on with challenger brand founding teams to launch and scale sustainably. I’ve also launched my own startups and communities across a range of industries and interests.

Several years ago two new passions entered my life that changed my connection to my mind, body and the earth: pilates and wine. Today I’m a certified mat pilates instructor with a focus on foundations for mindful movement at any age. I hold a WSET Level 2 Certificate with Distinction and am currently pursuing my Level 3. I currently curate wine for parties.

In 2025 I started CADRE, a community for brand founders and leaders across. I host intimate events designed for cultivating real connection amongst founders and industry peers.
