I'm a creative marketer turned entrepreneur building brands and designing experiences that move people (literally and figuratively).

My marketing career spans leadership roles across global leaders like Estée Lauder and Unilever and innovators like FACEGYM, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Augustinus Bader and DR. MARNIE.

In 2019 I started Atomic Number 8, a creative marketing and product innovation studio working with founding teams to launch and scale new brands, including several ventures of our own.

After experiencing severe burnout, I rebuilt my relationship with my mind, body and the natural world through two practices that now ground and guide me: Pilates and wine. That relationship has since become a deeper practice of study.

I’m now a certified mat Pilates instructor with a focus on somatic movement therapy. In parallel, I’ve worked in wine shops and bars in New York and London, earned my WSET Level 2 Certificate with Distinction, and now curate wine for private events while pursuing Level 3.

I also host CADRE, an event series for brand founders and leaders to cultivate deeper relationships.
